Give Back.

Pellian’s “Give Back” initiative will provide support to disadvantaged members of society – with homelessness, refugee/migrant crises and children’s charities of particular focus. We are currently working on the specifics of this initiative, and look forward to being able to help more and more people in need as our business grows in the years to come.

The Founder.

Paul Barker has a long-standing career in financial markets executive search, covering a wide range of product and functional disciplines, spanning all major geographic regions.

He has personally lived and worked in the US, UK, Continental Europe and Asia Pacific, travelling extensively throughout these regions, to ensure he can be an on-the-ground expert in the markets where he operates. Throughout this journey he has built long-lasting relationships whilst operating in a discreet and professional manner.

Outside of work Paul enjoys spending time with his family, especially having fun with his kids; keeping fit and active at the gym; and participating in a variety of sporting pursuits including running, golf, cricket and snowboarding.
