Founded by Paul Barker, who has two decades of experience in executive search, spanning all major geographic regions, he has created a business that is centred on an unwavering commitment to provide a quality service to clients and candidates alike.
Paul has personally lived and worked in the US, UK, Europe and Asia Pacific, travelling extensively to ensure he can be an on-the-ground expert in the markets where he has operated, building long-standing relationships with people across a broad range of revenue-centric disciplines, and operating in a discreet and professional manner.
Outside of work Paul enjoys spending time with his family, especially having fun with his kids; keeping fit and active at the gym; and participating in a variety of sporting pursuits including running, snowboarding, golf and cricket (but not all at the same time).
